Legacy Lot

I really hate the courtyard in the middle. It would have been nice without weather, but now sims just end up freezing or drowning or something on the way to and from the kitchen. Also, Brindleton Bay (or maybe just this lot) is dark af all the time.

Going for a Spanish style house because I like the idea of having a courtyard in the middle. May add a second story or tiny home in the back down the line.
