Unfortunately, The Sims 4 doesn’t really allow you to create apartment buildings (as the Sims 2 did). There are 4 1br/1ba furnished apartment units of various stylings.

A 2 bedroom and 1 bath cozy starter cottage for your sims. The idea was to build a small house under 20,000. I tried to minimize the amount of packs used, but that’s not really how it worked out :X

Not the best or the cleanest of all eating establishments but certainly not the worst. The patio is pretty nice-ish at least! I wouldn’t recommend the pufferfish nigiri.
